All ebook sales are final. Once purchased and downloaded, ebooks cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you encounter a problem accessing or downloading the ebook, contact us within 3 days of purchase for assistance.
• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same ebook twice, please provide proof, and we will refund the duplicate charge.
